After carrying out their original fit out on Regent Street back in 2016 we were delighted to be asked to return to redesign the office to suit their new, more flexible way of working.

NWEC had a clear vision of the interior look they wanted to create, injecting life with colour and adding serenity with Scandi style furniture pieces.

Their existing layout included an unused reception area, large meeting room, enclosed tea point and various sized desks filling every area. Following the huge shift in the way they use the office it was decided a full redesign was needed.

We loved redesigning the space, opening the office and creating a welcoming environment for staff. By removing the tea point walls, a new breakout area was created which now allows for socialising and away from the desk working and meetings.

Some enclosed meeting spaces were still required and so 2 x pod rooms were built for the increased demand for video calls and 1 on 1 meetings and a smaller 4-6 person meeting room also built.

Upon reopening the office we received a fantastic response, and the team are now happily making full use of every inch of the office.
